A seasoned entrepreneur and executive strategist, Forrest brings over 25 years of experience in building, scaling, and advising companies across a wide range of industries.
He launched Precision Exit Planning with one clear goal: to close the gap between what a business is worth today—and what it could be worth at exit. Through a proven methodology combining value acceleration, de-risking strategies, and wealth preservation, Forrest and his team guide owners through every stage of the exit journey.
Prior to founding Precision Exit Planning, Forrest built and led Highrise Networks, one of the nation’s premier executive networking organizations. His deep understanding of business growth, leadership dynamics, and strategic transitions has made him a trusted advisor to CEOs, founders, and professional advisors alike.

Mark Scanlon is the Co-Founder of Precision Exit Planning and a seasoned entrepreneur with a proven track record in executive networking and strategic advisory. As a founding partner of both Highrise Networks and Apex Boardroom, Mark has helped build two of the most respected peer advisory communities for CEOs, founders, and C-level executives nationwide.
Mark’s industry experience includes retail, technology, e-commerce, renewable energy, finance, commercial real estate, consumer products and manufacturing. His finance background includes experience in turnarounds, takeovers, roll-ups, venture capital and private equity. Mark is also active in the California start-up landscape.
